Our Experience

Sate House is a professional catering business established in 1997. Tony Hee, the founder of the company has earned wide recognitions as Head Chef in five star hotels such as Regent Hotel, Shangri-la and Hilton in Malaysia. He was appointed as Chef by the Heritage Hotel (now Stamford Plaza) in Brisbane for 4 years before being invited by South Bank Institute of TAFE to lecture in Brisbane for another 4 years. His knowledge and experiences are shared with students are The Asian Cookery and HACCP.

With regards to your concern about council approval, we have participated in a various events problem free with the Brisbane, Sunshine Coast and Gold Coast City Councils. Events such as The Woodford Folk Festival, Caloundra Music, Ekka and Big Day Out, have shown that we are a professional caterer with great concern to food hygiene and presentation. Integral to our success, is the attention to detail and our aim to provide the best product and customer service with a strong focus on the environment.

Saté House also feels strongly in contributing back to the communities, and have participated in events and generates goodwill by organizing supplies from locally produced/supplied products. You can easily find us at Reddacliff (Treasury Casino Main Entrance on every Friday afternoon . And our new branch Steam house is now located at Jan Power's Farmer Market at Reddacliff in Brisbane City on Wednesday.
